The Northwest Arkansas soccer team, Ozark United FC, has hired a consultant to help with its development of its professional soccer franchise, stadium complex and associated mixed-use infrastructure in Rogers.

Ozark United FC has announced it has engaged Prospect Park LLC to provide strategic advisory services. Chicago-based Prospect Park is a national merchant banking and advisory group specializing in long-term investment strategy and project development consulting. According to a press release, they will work with Ozark United FC to support the planning and execution of the organization’s capital development initiatives.

Ozark United announced in late March that its planned soccer stadium for Ozark United FC in Rogers has grown to include a $250 million to $350 million sports-anchored entertainment district on 36 acres. Located at the intersection of West Perry Road and South Bellview Road in Rogers, the site will include commercial, retail, and residential spaces, positioning the project as a year-round “live-work-play” destination for the region.

The shift in site location pushed the targeted start date to 2027. It is still a 5,000-seat stadium with room for growth. The expanded site allows for the addition of restaurants, breweries, and other amenities that developers say will enhance the matchday atmosphere and position the district as a vibrant destination beyond the game.

This engagement with Prospect Park marks a significant milestone for Ozark United FC.

“We have always believed this project is about more than soccer – it’s about creating a true community hub,” said Warren Smith, co-founder of Ozark United FC. “Prospect Park’s strategic expertise and national relationships make them an ideal adviser as we advance our vision for the club and the broader community.”

“This is a transformative period for the United Soccer League, creating meaningful opportunities for community development and long-term growth across emerging markets,” said Bay Hudner, managing director of Prospect Park. “Northwest Arkansas represents a compelling opportunity, given its strong economic foundation and deep community commitment. We are honored to support Ozark United FC’s vision through strategic advisory services and project planning.”
