Fayetteville-based real estate company Collier & Associates will invest about $3.5 million to build a new office on 2 acres southeast of Pleasant Grove and Bellview roads in Rogers, the company founder said.
Stuart Collier, founder and principal broker of Collier & Associates, plans to open a two-story, 12,000-square-foot office by late 2026, serving as the company’s Benton County headquarters. The Fayetteville office will be its Washington County headquarters.
“The new facility will serve as a hub for innovation, collaboration, and client service, furthering Collier & Associates’ mission to elevate the real estate experience across Northwest Arkansas,” Collier said. “Northwest Arkansas has always been home, and we’re excited to deepen our roots with a space that reflects our growth, values, and vision. This new office is designed with our clients, agents, and community in mind — and we think you’re going to love it.”
Nebraska-based engineering and design firm Olsson, which has a Fayetteville office, is the engineer. Fayetteville-based Stoke Architecture is the architect.
Collier bought the land for the new office in December for $785,000. He said the company will maintain its existing Pinnacle Hills office after the new office is built.
“We feel Pinnacle Hills will continue to be a walkable hub,” he said.
Along with this and its 8,000-square-foot office in Fayetteville, the company also has offices in Bentonville and Farmington.
According to the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal’s Largest Real Estate Firms list, Collier & Associates’ total residential volume rose by 11.3% to $754.95 million in 2024 from $678.45 million in 2023. The company has 240 real estate agents.
