Attorney Andrew Nadzam to seek circuit court judgeship

Attorney Andrew Nadzam will seek to become the judge for Circuit Judge, Division Four, in the Second Judicial District (Clay, Craighead, Crittenden, Greene, Mississippi, and Poinsett counties). Nadzam currently serves as a deputy prosecuting attorney in Craighead County handling felony cases.
Judicial candidates run as non-partisan in Arkansas.
Besides serving as a deputy prosecuting attorney, he was a criminal defense attorney, and former public defender. His jury trial experience includes multiple murders, fentanyl trafficking, rape, sexual assault, aggravated robbery, and battery.
Additionally, he is in private practice and has offices in Jonesboro and Highland where his practice includes estate planning, probate, trusts, family law, guardianships, and adoptions.
He serves as a board member of the Craighead County Law Library appointed by Craighead County Judge Marvin Day and confirmed by the Craighead County Quorum Court.
Nadzam graduated from the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law after graduating from Nettleton High School and Lyon College.
