A two-story, 20,079-square-foot Ruth’s Chris Steak House recently opened in the Pinnacle Hills area of Rogers. It’s about twice the size of the former restaurant on Pinnacle Hills Parkway.
The new restaurant at 5401 W. Northgate Road is part of a $110 million mixed-use development by Great Lakes Capital, an Indiana-based real estate development and private equity firm.
The development, The Plaza at Pinnacle Hills, also includes a 304-unit luxury apartment complex set to open this summer. The developer is also building a $72 million Autograph Collection by Marriott hotel across from The Plaza at Pinnacle Hills. The 125-room Hotel Vin along Northgate Road is expected to open in the second quarter of 2026.
According to a news release, the new Ruth’s Chris restaurant seats 500; has 55 built-in wine lockers lining the grand, light-filled staircase; private dining and banquet rooms with audio-visual capabilities; and three bars, including one for private dining. There’s also a wine room and climate-controlled patios. It has 105 full- and part-time staff.
Indianapolis-based Prime Hospitality Group LLC is the owner and operator. It operates Ruth’s Chris franchises in six states, including Arkansas.
“As the Rogers community continues to grow and thrive, we are excited to grow alongside it,” said Kristy Rans, president and owner of Prime Hospitality Group. “This new location allows us to provide a best-in-market experience for our guests while also creating new jobs and contributing to the continued economic development of this vibrant area.”
When it opened in November 2007, Ruth’s Chris at 3529 S. Pinnacle Hills Parkway seated 200.
Rogers-based investment company Beaty Capital Group Inc. had plans to build a 16-story, 207-room hotel and event venue there. The $150 million project would have been a partnership with New York-based Dream Hotel Group. Those plans were nixed after Hunt Ventures bought the 1.6-acre site. The $4.8 million transaction was completed in March.
