A Herren’s Tire Service, Domino’s, coffee shop, and other restaurant and retail spaces will be installed at a new development in Brookland, according to Haag Brown Commercial.

The 5.32-acre commercial site along Highway 49, adjacent to Taco Bell and Jordan’s Kwik Stop, was purchased by local entrepreneur Jason Gazaway.

Terms of the deal and a timetable for construction were not immediately released.

Gazaway, in partnership with Ivey Herren Jr., plans to develop the site into a retail center.

“The momentum in Brookland is undeniable,” Gazaway said. “With major regional and national players already investing in the area, we wanted to be part of that wave. Herren Tire and Domino’s needed high-visibility locations, and we believe others will too. That’s why we secured additional space to support the community’s ongoing growth.”

“Our team has been incredibly active in Brookland over the past several years, and this project is a direct result of that focus,” said Joshua Brown, co-founder of Haag Brown Commercial. “We’re proud of our brokerage team for their work on this deal and others in the area, and we want to congratulate Jason on what we believe will be a great retail development for the community.”
