HTP Contractors building multiple Wingstop locations

Fayetteville-based construction company HTP Contractors is completing multiple projects in Northwest Arkansas for Dallas-based Wingstop restaurant franchisee Vibe Restaurants Group.

HTP Contactors is building its second and third Wingstop restaurants in commercial centers at 2307 S. Zero St. in Fort Smith and 637 E. Joyce Boulevard in Fayetteville. They’re expected to open in April.

The company also built a 1,400-square-foot location at 4500 W. Walnut St., No. 9, in Rogers. It opened in August. It plans to build Wingstop locations in Springdale and the Pleasant Grove Road area of south Rogers.

Scott Hill, owner of HTP Contractors, said all the new Wingstop locations are being built into multi-tenant commercial centers. The planned Springdale location will be in a new center under construction on West Sunset Avenue near Dairy Queen and will likely open in June. The Fort Smith location will be about 1,500 square feet, with seating for about 20 people. The 1,150-square-foot Fayetteville location will be for delivery and carryout only. The cost for each location is at least $500,000.

Wingstop has other locations in Bentonville, Fort Smith and Fayetteville.

Founded in 2022, HTP Contactors has two employees and works with subcontractors for its projects, mainly comprising small commercial interior work.
