$1.5 million home sale tops NEA real estate deals

470 Investments LLC made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County from Nov. 15 to Dec. 15, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office. The company spent $1.525 million on a house in Preston Oaks. The deal was completed Nov. 22.

James and Angela Macalaster made the second most significant real estate purchase in the county during the period. The two bought a house in the Upper Duckwater Addition. The deal was for $865,000 and was completed Nov. 22.      

In the third largest transaction in the county, David and Debra Russell bought a house in Preston Oaks. The deal was for $860,000 and was completed Dec. 12.
