Fort Worth, Texas-based O’Brien Right of Way Valuation has opened its third regional location in Fayetteville. The appraisal firm’s first Arkansas location will serve public and private sector clients across the south-central United States.

The new location has two staff, Brian Kenworthy and Nathan Broyles, who have decades of appraisal experience in Arkansas, including the Fayetteville area. They’ll work remotely until the Fayetteville office opens by the end of spring 2025.

“Our expansion is spearheaded by two seasoned right of way appraisal experts with deep roots in Fayetteville, further solidifying our commitment to serving infrastructure clients in this region and across the U.S.,” said President and Founder Mike O’Brien.

Kenworthy previously was first vice president of the regional Valuation and Advisory Services Group of CBRE. He earned a master’s degree in real estate from Georgia State University and a bachelor’s degree in financial management in real estate from Clemson University.

Broyles most recently served as a senior valuation associate at CBRE’s Valuation and Advisory Services Group and was a lead appraiser for the Arkansas Department of Transportation. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Central Baptist College.

The company also has a Midland, Texas, office and plans to open a North Carolina location by the end of the first quarter of 2025. Since its founding in 2008, the company has provided property appraisals and market analyses for thousands of public and private right of way clients.
