Sale of Merrill Lynch building tops $1.7 million

Stephen Modelevsky made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County from Oct. 15 to Nov. 15, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office. He spent $1.72 million on the Merrill Lynch office budiling on Brown’s Lane. The deal was completed Oct. 22

TSNW Properties LLC made the second most significant real estate purchase in the county during the period. It bought an office on Windover Road. The deal was for $1.5 million and was completed Nov. 12.

In the third largest transaction in the county, Danny and Teresa Ward bought a house on Woodsprings. The deal was for $1.37 million and was completed Oct. 21.
