Knoxville, Tenn.-based staffing agency AtWork will open a Bentonville location early next year. According to a news release, it will be the company’s first in Arkansas. The company also plans to open a Fayetteville location, but an opening date has not been set.

The physical address for the Bentonville location has yet to be determined, as the lease is still being finalized.

According to the company, the investment required to launch an AtWork franchise ranges from $153,500 to $210,500. Each area office will have three to four staff.

“We are proud to grow our presence into a new state,” said Jason Leverant, president and chief operating officer of AtWork. “AtWork will serve as a key resource to help employees thrive, businesses prosper and communities flourish.”

AtWork has awarded the two new territories to Mike Beazer. He has a background in engineering and most recently worked for a major aircraft manufacturer. While he primarily worked in engineering, he also has experience in positions where he was responsible for hiring and recruitment strategies, which exposed him to the staffing industry.

“AtWork is a natural fit for achieving my goal in becoming a local business owner,” Beazer said. “I have always had a passion for supporting people in their careers, and this business model will allow me to do so, all while having a major impact on my local community. My investment into these communities is a promise that AtWork will serve as a reliable, go-to resource for job seekers and growing businesses alike.”

Beazer and his family recently relocated from Washington to Arkansas and have family in the area.

With nearly 100 locations nationwide, AtWork puts nearly 40,000 people to work each year in administrative, light-industrial, accounting and finance, hospitality, information technology, and management-level positions at some of the largest U.S. companies.
