Professional development firm Serve2Perform in Fayetteville is collaborating with the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas to provide workforce development and economic development opportunities across Arkansas, according to a news release.

This fall, Walton College Executive Education will serve as a content partner issuing certificates and digital badges for all graduates of Serve2Perform’s Latino Talent programs, including Advancement Accelerator, Career Incubator and Career Navigator.

“This initiative is aimed at enhancing workforce development through targeted educational and professional growth opportunities,” said Brent Williams, dean of Walton College. “By leveraging our combined strengths, we are set to empower these professionals and contribute substantially to the economic fabric of Arkansas.”

The partnership is expected to “align resources, expertise and innovation to drive immediate and scalable impact for individuals and businesses across the state,” the release shows.

“PepsiCo is proud to have been a partner in the startup of these programs,” said Antonio Escalona, senior vice president, emerging business at PepsiCo Foods North America. “We want to win with top talent who can help us win with the Latino customer who represents a collective $3.4 trillion purchasing power in the U.S. Strategic programs and leading partners help us deliver on this business imperative for our company.”
