Ritter Communications to invest $7 million in Texarkana
Jonesboro-based Ritter Communications will invest $7 million in an infrastructure project in Texarkana. RightFiber, the company’s fiber-to-the-home service, that delivers multi-gig speeds and future-proof connectivity will be installed throughout the community.
How long the project will take to complete and how many homes and businesses might be impacted was not released.
“Ritter Communications has proudly served the Texarkana business community for over four years, providing fiber broadband, telecom, video, and data center services to meet the growing needs of businesses,” said Ritter Communications CEO Heath Simpson. “This RightFiber expansion deepens our commitment to Texarkana, connecting residential neighborhoods with advanced fiber internet with speeds up to 5 Gig.”
Ritter Communications launched its RightFiber-branded residential fiber offerings in 2021, delivering 5 Gig internet, TV and phone options to homes across Arkansas and west Tennessee.
RightFiber’s initial construction areas will be notified when services are available by door tags, mail, yard signs and door-to-door team members. Any property disturbed by construction will be repaired to its original form before the work concludes.
