Bentonville software provider Ox recently announced several leadership changes. Charu Thomas, founder, CEO and chief technology officer, has transitioned to executive chairman, focusing on long-term strategy and guiding the company’s vision at a broad level.

Tanner Green, co-founder and chief growth officer, has been promoted to CEO. He’s been instrumental in shaping Ox’s product strategy, fostering partnerships and leading initiatives that have contributed to the company’s growth in the warehouse software industry. As CEO, he will focus on scaling operations, advancing Ox’s product suite, and deepening customer and partner relationships.

Joel Sporleder, formerly vice president of engineering, has been named chief technology officer. He has more than 25 years of experience in digital transformation and innovation within retail and supply chain technology. He will lead Ox’s engineering and technology strategy.

“These leadership changes mark a pivotal moment for Ox,” Thomas said. “As we continue to evolve, this team is uniquely positioned to drive the next phase of growth while staying true to our mission of revolutionizing warehouse software with human-centered solutions.”

Thomas started the company with a vision to transform warehouse operations through wearable devices and artificial intelligence. Ox is an enterprise software platform that focuses on improving frontline productivity through human-centered warehouse applications. It has raised over $16 million in venture funding from firms, including Mac Venture Capital, BBG Ventures, and Revolution’s Rise of the Rest Seed Fund.
