Colliers moves its Rogers office

Commercial development firm Colliers Arkansas in Rogers recently relocated to The Collection at Uptown, 3503 S. 55th St., Suite 200.

The 5,417-square-foot office includes a conference room and full-size kitchen. Co-tenants will include men’s clothing retailer Walker Brothers and a yet-to-be-announced corporate office tenant.

“This has been such an exciting time for our firm,” said Steven P. Lane, managing director and principal of Colliers Arkansas in Rogers. “Our team is growing right along with the market, and we needed additional space. Colliers saw the opportunity for a new project, and our development, leasing and management teams brought it to fruition. I am very proud of what we have accomplished for our clients and investors, and the new building is outstanding.”

Colliers Arkansas in Rogers was formerly located at 4204 S. Pinnacle Hills Parkway, Suite 102. The new office will have 20 staff.

In early 2023, Colliers broke ground on the $13 million Class A office building. The Collection at Uptown is a three-story, 30,777-square-foot building west of South Pinnacle Hills Parkway and Northgate Road. Nabholz in Rogers was the general contractor.

SCM Architects in Little Rock was the designer. Simmons Bank of Pine Bluff provided the construction financing. Alan Cole is handling leasing for The Collection at Uptown.
