Collier & Associates to host summit Oct. 17
Fayetteville-based real estate firm Collier & Associates will host its first C&A Summit in October. Multiple speakers will discuss the change that’s happening in Northwest Arkansas, according to a news release.
More than 200 real estate agents are expected to bring attendees to the event from 10 a.m. to noon on Oct. 17 at Heroncrest, 1579 E. Lake Road in Elm Springs.
The release shows “Collier & Associates is bringing changemakers together around their four core values of positivity, authenticity, inclusion and compassion to encourage growth in our community through collaboration.” In 2019, Stuart Collier started Collier & Associates with a small group of agents.
Asked why it’s hosting the summit, Collier said: “We work in NWA, know NWA and want to be active to grow NWA. Just like in a company, people don’t have success on an island. We of NWA, as a community, are no different. We will grow community success with those too that are a part of and care for our community’s future as a whole, together. We recognize talent across industries and are grateful a few of these change leaders are willing to share concepts, approaches, information and mindset across industry. We want to be a company that activates NWA with a blended purpose — to further our community by furthering one another.”
Following are the speakers:
• Mervin Jebaraj, director of the Center for Business & Economic Research at the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas.
• Jeannette Collins, Right to Start heartland coalition manager.
• Graham Cobb, president of Paceline Strategies.
• Jordan Wright, owner of Wright’s Barbecue.
• Nelson Peacock, CEO of Northwest Arkansas Council.
While admission is free, registration is required. Registration is available online at this link. Sponsors include Momentum Loans, Allegiance Title, and Goosehead Insurance. The summit is expected to become an annual event.
