Provalus to create 200 tech jobs in Walnut Ridge
Provalus, an Alabama-based information technology services company, plans to create 200 tech sector jobs in Walnut Ridge, the company announced Tuesday (Sept. 3). Details of the company’s expansion, including a timetable, have not been released.
“Expanding into Arkansas is a milestone moment for Provalus as we continue our mission to bring transformative opportunities to rural America,” said Mike Keogh, president of Provalus. “This new site will allow us to tap into the incredible talent that Arkansas has to offer, creating jobs that will drive both local and regional economic growth.”
“We are committed to investing in the community and are excited to see how our presence here will foster innovation and development. Walnut Ridge is a perfect fit for Provalus, and we look forward to working with local leaders and residents while making a lasting, positive impact,” he added.
According to the company, it employs technical support analysts, network operations, cyber security analysts, system engineers, and more.

Based in Brewerton, Ala., the company was founded in 2017, according to its website. It has operations in Alabama, Oklahoma, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Texas. It focuses on tech development in rural communities.
