$13 million hospital building tops Craighead County property deals

United Methodist Behavioral Hospital Jonesboro LLC made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County from Aug. 15 to Sept. 15, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office.

The company spent $13 million on a hospital on Red Wolf Boulevard. The deal was completed Aug. 27.

Miles Investment Inc. made the second most significant real estate purchase in the county during the period. It bought a car dealership on Johnson Avenue. The deal was for $1.8 million and was completed Aug. 16.

In the third largest transaction in the county, Daniel Brown bought a house in the Big Creek Farms subdivision. The deal was for $1.623 million and was completed Aug. 30.
