Bentonville-based nonprofit Ovations Plus has named Jason Miller as its new executive director, succeeding Paul Savas. Savas will remain with the organization as director of administration.

In 2023, Ovations Plus was formed after the merger of Tricycle Theatre for Youth and the Arkansas Philharmonic Orchestra.

Miller has been with the Arkansas Philharmonic Orchestra since 2015, where he played a key role in growing the organization’s budget, fostering strategic partnerships and enhancing its mission.

“I am honored to take on this role at such a pivotal moment,” Miller said. “With the support of our team and community, we can achieve great things and continue to enrich the cultural landscape of Northwest Arkansas.”

In his new role, Savas will support the organization’s administrative functions, allowing the nonprofit to focus on strategic growth.
