Coca-Cola Bottling spends $2.2 million on new building, acreage

Corinth Coca-Cola Bottling Works made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County from June 15 to July 15, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office.

The company spent $2.22 million on a building and acres. The deal was completed June 17.

NS Retail Holdings LLC made the second most significant purchase. It bought A Dollar Tree Store on U.S. 49 in Brookland. The deal was for $1.73 million and was completed July 2.

In the third largest transaction, 2405 Nestle Way LLC bought a light manufacturing facility. The deal was for $1 million and was completed on June 21.
