$2.5 million residence, car dealership buy top recent NEA property deals

Dreamland of Arkansas LLC made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County from May 15 to June 15, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office. The company spent $2.5 million on a house in Ridgepointe. The deal closed May 30.

Gamble Land Company made the second most significant real estate purchase in the county during the period. It bought a car dealership building. The deal was for $2.3 million and was completed May 21.

In the third largest transaction in the county, Grand Jr. LLC bought 27 acres in the Berkeley/Halle subdivision. The deal was for $1.17 million and was completed on June 5.
