New SupplyPike feature tracks revenue loss across major retailers
Rogers-based supply chain software company SupplyPike recently launched a new feature that will allow retail suppliers to track revenue loss at retailers.
The Multi-Retailer Revenue Loss Summary provides consumer packaged goods (CPG) suppliers with business management insights. The new feature allows suppliers to access a comprehensive analysis of revenue loss at Walmart, Target, Amazon and Kroger.
Suppliers can compare data across their retail customers in a way similar to how they report on metrics internally. The feature is expected to identify broader themes and systemic issues across all lines of business at Walmart, Target, Home Depot and Kroger.
“We’re thrilled to introduce the Multi-Retailer Revenue Loss Summary feature, which enables decision-makers to gain a panoramic view of the cost to serve retailers,” said Carter King, senior product manager. “This bird’s-eye perspective not only enhances understanding of the revenue loss landscape but also equips leaders with data-driven insights for more effective strategic planning.”
SupplyPike has primarily focused on automating manual dispute-filing tasks for retailers but recognized a broader need for business insights.
Deja Snyder, marketing coordinator for SupplyPike, said the new feature is available to all customers. Prospective customers complete a demo process “to ensure that our software is tailored to suit the needs of the appropriate businesses.” Customers are charged a flat annual rate that’s billed monthly. “The rate is determined by the volume of data our systems will process for each business. Such transparency ensures users have predictable, manageable costs.”
