Graham Cobb founds new consulting firm, Paceline Strategies
Former Bentonville Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Graham Cobb has launched a new consulting firm, Paceline Strategies.
Cobb, who has recently served as Senior Policy Officer at Walton Enterprises, is also the former Chief Operating Officer at the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce and was Associate Publisher at Arkansas Business Publishing Group.
He said his firm will aim to work with trade associations, chambers of commerce, community non-profits, and other member-funded organizations to focus direction and build capacity to intensify mission impact and value to stakeholders.
“Across our state, community culture reflects the companies where we work, the spaces where we gather, and the institutions that serve us. Employers thrive when community members thrive,” said Cobb. “Organizations like chambers and associations build a better workforce, future community leaders, and more connected neighbors. These groups gather folks together around issues that affect us all, kitchen table economics and quality of life. Arkansas’ moxie is in its people and we need to invest in civic engagement as economic development to fuel this citizen driven superpower.”
Cobb said Paceline Strategies will work along three pathways of improvement with clients:
- Dynamic support for non-profits and member-funded organizations;
- Bespoke government affairs, public relations, and advocacy leadership; and
- Multi-stage strategic consulting services for complex projects.
“At Paceline Strategies, we believe in the power of collaboration, trust, and communication. Our strategic approach is designed to navigate challenges and help our clients move their missions farther, faster, and with greater efficiency,” he said.
