Caisson Capital Partners announces senior leadership additions, strategic investment

Caisson Capital Partners, a real estate investment and development firm based in Northwest Arkansas, has promoted David Friedland to partner. Additionally, the firm has secured a strategic investment from Hunter Philbrick, who will join the team as a strategic advisor.

Friedland, who joined Caisson Capital in 2022, will continue to focus on investment sourcing and asset management in the firm’s heartland markets. Before joining Caisson, he managed over 900,000 square feet of development projects.
