Bentonville software firm Nuqleous has closed a deal to acquire Shiloh Technologies of Rogers. The financial terms of the agreement, announced Thursday (June 6), were not disclosed.

After the deal, Nuqleous has 70 employees. Britt Fogg and Kurt Gibbons were Shiloh Technologies’ owners.

“Our combined forces will push the boundaries of innovation for our customers more than ever before,” said Bill Kloza, co-CEO of Nuqleous. “Together, we offer intuitive, integrated insights and connectivity for retail and omnichannel data, providing our customers with more actionable insights to serve increasingly dynamic consumer preferences.”

Nuqleous was founded in 2013. The company develops technology services to help improve business operations for retailers and consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies. Nuqleous provides retail analytics for category, sales, brokerage and supply chain teams who do business with major retailers, including Walmart.

In July 2023, the business announced a $26 million investment from Blue Ladder Capital, a venture capital firm based in Los Angeles that invests in b2b enterprises and SaaS products. Kloza and Garrett Levey started the VC firm in early 2023.

“Shiloh’s innovative platform and world-class team complement our existing solutions and team members perfectly,” Levey said. “Together, we will empower our customers with even more robust and expanded capabilities to drive their business success.”

Fogg, the CEO, founded Shiloh Technologies in 1994 as FBS Inc. The company was reorganized as Bentonville Software Associates in 2004 and renamed Shiloh Technologies in 2007.

The company’s signature product is ShilohNEXT, an AI data analytics platform for retail.

“We are excited to join forces with Nuqleous and bring our advanced analytics platform to a broader audience,” Fogg said. “The partnership will accelerate our shared goal of transforming retail analytics and helping our customers achieve new heights of efficiency and growth.”
