$1.1 million Valley View School District deal top recent property transaction
The Valley View School District made the largest residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County from March 15 to April 15, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office. The school district spent $1.1 million on almost 16 acres on Southwest Drive. The deal was completed March 15.
Tim and Lela McNatt made the second most significant real estate purchase in the county during the period. The two bought a house in Amsley Manor. The deal was for $900,000 and was completed April 1.
In the third largest transaction in the county, the Anthony and Victoria Rampley Joint Revocable Trust bought a house in Nix Lake Estates. The deal was for $695,000 and was completed on April 12.
