Former Razorbacks coach Eric Musselman’s house listed for $3.75 million
Former Arkansas Razorbacks basketball coach Eric Musselman’s home in the gated Clear Creek neighborhood just outside Fayetteville is on the market for $3.75 million.
Mike Sims with Bassett Mix & Associates in Fayetteville has the listing.
Shortly after Musselman was named head coach in April 2019, he paid $1.94 million for the Clear Creek Boulevard property at Blessings Golf Club in Johnson.
The 8,000-square-foot home, which has five bedrooms, was built in 2014 by Bentonville homebuilder Nathan Fairchild. Symmetry Architects of Dallas designed it. Take a video tour here.
The University of Southern California hired Musselman as the Trojans’ head coach earlier this month. It was just a few weeks after the coach ended his first losing season in five seasons at Arkansas. Compiling a 111-59 record in Fayetteville, Musselman led the Razorbacks to three NCAA Tournaments, including two Elite Eight runs and three Sweet Sixteen berths.
