AMC Mortgage opens Fayetteville office

Tulsa-based AMC Mortgage has opened a second Northwest Arkansas office in Fayetteville.

The company is leasing approximately 900 square feet inside an 8,000-square-foot office building at Glory Drive and North Crossover Road in Fayetteville. Real estate firm Collier & Associates is the owner and primary tenant.

Katelyn Huddleston is AMC’s Northwest Arkansas regional manager. She started the firm’s regional office in Rogers in the summer of 2021. It relocated last year to a company-owned building at 3000 S. Pinnacle Hills Parkway.

Huddleston, who manages both locations, said a Washington County expansion is essential to the company’s regional growth.

“Our approach to service is connection and to do that well, we need to be a physical part of the communities we are serving,” she said.

AMC Mortgage has six loan officers in Northwest Arkansas — two who are Spanish-speaking — and three support staff.

“We are planning to hire more like-minded people this year,” Huddleston said.

Last year, AMC’s Northwest Arkansas office closed $50.2 million in mortgage loans. Through late March this year, Huddleston said the firm’s Northwest Arkansas volume stood at $21.5 million.
