The Mansion at the Orchard, a wedding and event venue in Benton County, has a new owner.

According to an announcement Friday (Feb. 23), Jared and Heather Fisher of Bentonville have taken ownership of the property at 1139 Pautsky Ave. in Highfill, just off Arkansas Highway 12 west of the Northwest Arkansas National Airport.

Barry Graves and Stewart Nance with Cantrell-Griffin Business Brokers in Springdale facilitated the transaction and announced the deal. The financial terms were not disclosed in a news release. However, Benton County records indicate the three-acre property changed hands recently for $1.3 million. The event venue, which opened in 2006, includes approximately 5,200 square feet.

Jessica and Jason Thibodeaux were the previous owners. According to county records, they paid $799,000 for the property three years ago.

“We are excited to welcome the Fisher family to The Mansion at the Orchard,” said Cliff Thibodeaux, Jason’s father. “Their passion and commitment align perfectly with the values we have strived to uphold. We trust their vision will ensure the continued success and legacy of this cherished property.”

The Fishers, who are mountain biking enthusiasts and business owners, relocated from Nevada to Northwest Arkansas a few years ago. Their son and daughter-in-law, Dakota and Brooke Fisher, will manage the venue.

Brooke Fisher said the venue hosted 32 events in 2023.

“According to our personal data analysis, weddings and events at The Mansion at the Orchard have grown year after year since its opening in 2018,” she said. ‘We are anticipating more growth to come.”
