Lake City land deal largest recent Craighead County property sale
Mathews Cane Island LLC made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County, from Nov. 15 to Dec. 15, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office. The company spent $1.2 million on acres in Lake City. The deal was completed on Nov. 16.
Steve and Terri Cobb made the second most significant real estate purchase in the region during the period. They bought 160 acres in Bay for $1.2 million and the deal was completed on Nov. 16. There was also a sale of land between Mathews Cane Island and Steve and Terri Cobb for $462,500.
In the third largest transaction in the region, Imrie Investments LLC bought a warehouse on Commerce Drive. The deal was for $1.08 million and was completed Dec. 1.
