Crossland Realty Group, a privately owned real estate investment firm based in Kansas and a division of Crossland Construction, has completed the third building in the 91-acre, master-planned I-49 Logistics Park in Springdale.

The 80,250-square-foot building was completed at the end of October and is fully leased. Both tenants commenced operations at the end of the year.

Virginia-based Lansing Building Products occupies 50,125 square feet for a retail showroom and warehouse. Munters Corp., a global industrial machinery manufacturer, occupies the remaining 30,125 square feet. Both companies signed long-term leases for the building and adjoining storage yard space.

Crossland Construction was the general contractor for the building. Halff in Bentonville completed civil engineering services and Cushman & Wakefield/Sage Partners was the leasing agency.

The I-49 Logistics Park is at 621 W. Apple Blossom in Springdale, just south of J.B. Hunt Transport headquarters. Crossland Realty Group bought the land in 2020 for $5.2 million.

Building 1, a 300,000-square-foot warehouse, was completed in February 2023 and is available for lease. Pittsburg, Kan.-based transportation and logistics company Watco leases Building 2 (182,000 square feet) for its warehouse and logistics operating center. It opened this past August.

Crossland Construction will start construction of Building 4 in 2024.
