Connections: Bold Strategies promotes Ramler to CEO
Rogers-based e-commerce marketing firm Bold Strategies has appointed chief revenue officer Darcy Ramler its new president and CEO. She is replacing Allan Peretz, who will transition to executive chairman.
Ramler, who is based in the Los Angeles metro, joined the company in May 2021 as senior vice president.
“Darcy has been a pivotal figure in Bold’s impressive journey,” Peretz said. “Her exceptional strategic insight and dedication over the past three years have been fundamental to our growth. I am excited to witness her guide Bold and our clients into an innovative and successful future.”
Peretz started Bold Strategies in 2017. The company helps clients with their online marketplace and direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce efforts. Bold Strategies employs 35 people across the country, including 15 in Northwest Arkansas.
“Stepping into the position, I carry with me the invaluable lessons learned under Allan’s mentorship,” Ramler said. “His visionary leadership and innovative mindset have been instrumental in shaping both our company’s path and my personal growth.”
Peretz said the company had $6.5 million in sales last year, up 32% compared with 2022.
