Lake City house, acres make up top transaction in Craighead County

Alpine Income Property OP LP made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County, from Sept. 15 to Oct. 15, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office.

The company spent $1.55 million on a house and acres in Lake City. The deal was completed Oct. 15.

GEV Investments LLC made the second most significant real estate purchase in the region during the period. The company bought a retail store for $1.5 million and the deal was completed Oct. 4.

In the third largest transaction in the region, the Shawna Gammill Matthews Trust bought a house in Ridgepointe. The deal was for $1.33 million and was completed Oct. 6.
