Nabholz promotes Chris Kauffman to president
Nabholz Construction has promoted Chris Kauffman of Springdale to president.
Kauffman has been with the company for nearly 30 years and will lead excavation operations.
“Chris is a very talented leader who has contributed so much to our company,” COO Greg Fogle said. “He is clearly the best choice to lead our excavation business as president.”
Kauffman began his career at Nabholz in 1996 after serving in the Army. He advanced from an entry-level estimator to the executive vice president of operations.
“Our purpose statement provides clarity in how we lead our teams — the Nabholz way is all about growing our people, serving our clients, and building our communities,” Kauffman said. “The excavation team is committed to purposeful and sustainable growth. We want to continue providing opportunities for our people. The most satisfying aspect of my career has always been watching our young team members develop into leaders. We are grateful for the opportunities we’ve been given and are excited about our future.”
Kauffman belongs to several industry associations, including the Association of Equipment Management Professionals and Associated General Contractors of America.
Founded in 1949, Nabholz is now a multi-service contractor providing construction, industrial, excavation, specialty, environmental and railroad services from its network of locations across Arkansas, Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Mississippi, Tennessee and Connecticut.
