$3 million commercial property tops recent Craighead County deals
Long Point Enterprises LLC made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County, from June 15 through July15, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office. The company spent $3.125 million on commercial acres in the Wolf Creek subdivision. The deal was completed June 23.
Randy and Lacy Baker made the second most significant real estate purchase in the region during the period. The couple bought a house for $1 million in Ridgepointe and the deal was completed June 26.
In the third largest transaction in the region, Bryan Hodgson bought a house in the Dunwoody-Huntcliffe subdivision. The deal was for $835,000 and was completed July 13.
