Development facility, storage units top recent deals in Craighead County
Skyfooze3 LLC made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County, from May 15 through June15, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office.
The company spent $4.5 million on a childhood development center on Mayfield Drive. The deal was completed June 7.
Four Seasons Storage of Jonesboro made the second most significant real estate purchase in the region during the period. The company bought storage units for $2.375 million on Access Road and the deal was completed June 7.
In the third largest transaction in the region, CG Resell Investments bought a shopping center on Fair Park Boulevard. The deal was for $2.2 million and was completed June 1.
