Connections: Fayetteville engineer earns national honor

Aric Reed of Fayetteville was recently named to the Consulting-Specifying Engineer 2023 40 Under 40 list. Reed is a senior project executive for Louisiana-based engineering and contracting firm Bernhard. He works in the firm’s Fayetteville office.

Reed joined Bernhard in 2012 and is licensed in seven states. He has led designs of more than a dozen different HVAC system types.

“To be recognized at a national level is not possible without the incredible support and inclusion of so many Bernhard teammates and mentors who have laid such ambitious paths to attempt to follow,” Reed said.

Reed earned an architectural engineering degree from Kansas State University. He is pursuing a master’s degree in engineering management from the University of Arkansas.
