Residential sales are most of top property deals in Craighead County
David and Diane West made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County, from April 15 through May 15, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office. The two spent $990,000 on a house in Preston Oaks. The deal was completed April 28.
Young Investment Company made the second most significant real estate purchase in the region during the period. The company bought a house for $925,000 on Oak Meadow Boulevard and the deal was completed May 12.
In the third largest transaction in the region, Robert Slabough and Michelle Lovrien bought a house in Stonecreek. The deal was for $829,000 and was completed May 1.
