Million dollar apartment sale tops Craighead County deals
TWAS Properties LLC made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County, from March 15 through April 15, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office. The company spent $1.5 million to buy The Town House Manor apartments in South Caraway. The deal was completed March 31.
Timothy Starks made the second most significant real estate purchase in the region during the period. He bought a house for $1.015 million in Sage Meadows and the deal was completed March 20.
In the third largest transaction in the region, Megan and Mark Strawn bought a house in Greensboro Farms. The deal was for $730,000 and was completed March 15.
