Million-dollar residential acreage sale largest recent Craighead County land deal

Nadeau Partnership LLC made the most significant Craighead County residential and commercial property transfer, from Jan. 15 through Feb. 15, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office. The company spent $1.25 million to buy 159 residential acres. The deal closed Jan. 30.

David Parker and Sandra Clements made the second most significant real estate purchase in the region during the period. The two bought a house in the Two Oaks subdivision for $760,000. The deal was completed on Jan. 17.

In the third largest transaction in the region, Janessa Gunn bought a house on County Road 712. The deal was for $595,000 and was completed Jan. 27.
