Rogers-based retail agency Harvest Group announced Tuesday (July 5) the acquisition of Minneapolis-based Target brokerage Three Sixty Sales. Financial terms were not disclosed.

According to a news release, the acquisition combines Harvest Group’s differentiated service model and capabilities in digital commerce, analytics and digital advertising with Three Sixty’s experience and relationships serving Target for the past 16 years. The result of the acquisition is a retail growth agency that is unique to the market with the Target experience, propriety technology and systems and resources at scale, the release shows. The combined companies will help grow national brands and owned brand businesses by providing in-store, e-commerce and advertising managed services.

According to Harvest Group founder and CEO Ross Cully, Harvest Group gained 22 new employees and now has more than 200 workers. No employees are expected to relocate, and Harvest Group and Three Sixty Sales plan to maintain their existing offices in Minneapolis. Three Sixty Sales will be referred to as Three Sixty Sales, a Harvest Group company.

“We are grateful for the opportunity to have Three Sixty join Harvest Group and are confident in our future together,” Cully said in the release. “Three Sixty is trusted by Target for their expertise, delivers results for clients and is a great place to work. We have been serving Target for the last two years and are confident this combination will enhance the value we bring to our clients and Target. Brent (Teele) and Jason (Bruggeman) have built a great company, and I look forward to continuing to build with them in the future.”

In the first quarter of 2021, Harvest Group launched its Minneapolis office, led by vice president Beth Voronyak. Also in the period, it acquired competing Rogers-based firm TreeHouse Sales & Solutions.

“We were not actively seeking a new partner, but sometimes things that are ‘meant to be’ have a magical way of revealing themselves,” said Brent Teele, founder and president of Three Sixty Sales. “Our journey down this path began after recognizing how closely aligned Three Sixty and Harvest Group are when it comes to our shared values. The more we dug in, the benefits of this partnership to our clients, retail partners and teammates became abundantly clear. We are truly better together.”

Harvest Group and Three Sixty Sales were founded in 2006. Three Sixty serves established national brands and new emerging brands and helps clients to navigate and manage the Target-owned brand process. Many of Three Sixty’s employees have previously worked for Target. They also have experience with end-to-end product development and specialize in supply chain strategy and execution.

“We are thrilled to start the next chapter with Harvest Group and begin utilizing the amazing analytics, digital content management and digital marketing tools which Harvest has invested so much into developing,” said Jason Bruggeman, vice president and partner at Three Sixty Sales. “Our clients will have access to a more sophisticated set of tools that will allow us to help them compete and win in this rapidly changing retail environment.”
