Online retailers struggle to manage analytics from different shopping channels such as Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Facebook, and Google.

Bold Strategies, an e-commerce marketing agency based in Rogers, has introduced a new product that allows clients to monitor multiple platforms at once.

Company officials said clients using the Focus 2.0 cross-retail analytics platform can track their media and brand performance across more than 30 different retailers and on their direct-to-consumer (DTC) websites.

Bold Strategies helps clients with their online marketplace and DTC e-commerce efforts. The company announced the new product launch on Nov. 11.

“Our whole goal at Bold is to simplify and demystify e-commerce for brands so that they can focus on their business,” senior vice president Darcy Ramler said in a statement. “This new launch saves time and frustration not only for Bold clients but also for our employees, who are definitely popping the champagne today.”

Ramler said e-commerce sales now represent over 15% of total retail sales and are expected to grow 18% this year. To grow, CPG brands need to “win online,” and that requires market visibility.

“Today’s frustrating patchwork of tools and data portals makes this nearly impossible, especially for small to mid-sized brands that don’t have large IT teams,” she said.

Allan and Lisa Peretz started Bold in 2017. The company has approximately 40 employees and reported a revenue growth rate of 1,781% from 2017 to 2020.
