Fayetteville-based real estate firm Collier & Associates plans to move into a new Fayetteville office by the end of 2022.

Amid rapid growth, Fayetteville-based real estate firm Collier & Associates will build an 8,000-square-foot office at Glory Drive and North Crossover Road in Fayetteville.

“At our beginnings in 2014, we were always looking to find innovative ways to serve our community and challenge the status quo of the real estate industry,” said Emmy Kane, chief operating officer. “As we have done that, Northwest Arkansas has grown like crazy, and other agents from around town are seeing the way that we’re doing things differently. And they’ve wanted to come alongside us.”

The company’s commitment to finding agents “who value authenticity, integrity and putting people first has allowed our team to expand right alongside that growth of Northwest Arkansas,” she added.

Kane noted the firm has 169 agents, with 95 based in Fayetteville, and the new office is expected to accommodate them and growth.

The plan is to move from the nearly 2,100-square-foot office on Mission Boulevard to the new office at 2909 E. Glory Drive by the end of 2022. The existing Fayetteville office, the firm’s first, opened in 2016. Since then, the company has added offices in Bentonville, Rogers and Farmington.

Kane explained the new building design was based on an office concept featured in the Wall Street Journal that includes small rooms for privacy along with larger areas for collaboration. It will have

first- and second-story patios, a conference room, and flexible work areas allowing its agents to come and go as needed or to provide them with a workspace for the day.

“Our firm is unique in that we take mentorship, education and collaboration seriously, so we’ve worked on designing this office to support that,” she said.

Mission Contractors in Fayetteville is the general contractor. Designers include Crafton Tull and HFA.

According to Washington County records, Stuart Collier purchased 1.13 acres at Glory Drive and Crossover Road for $150,000 on Oct. 29, 2020. The seller was BFG Fayetteville Propco LLC of Winter Park, Fla. Collier, who received his real estate license in 2009, opened Collier & Associates in 2014.

In 2020, Collier & Associates’ residential sales volume rose 126% from 2019 to $270 million. Kane said the firm is on track to more than double that this year.
