$1.35 million Main Street property sale in Jonesboro tops real estate list
Julcar Properties LLC made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County, from Sept. 15 through Oct. 15, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office. The company spent $1.35 million to buy a commercial building and apartments on Main Street. The deal was completed Sept. 15.
Remlak Investments LLC made the second most significant real estate purchase in the region during the period. The company bought a medical office on Apache Drive for $1.25 million. The deal was completed Sept. 16.
In the third largest real estate deal in the region, Sanam Enterprises Inc. bought a service station and warehouse space. The deal was for $1.05 million and it was completed Sept. 23.
