Two $16 million Jonesboro apartment complex sales lead monthly transactions
Interurban Eagles Landing LLC made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County, from Aug. 15 through Sept. 15, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office. The company spent $16.37 million to buy the Meadows Apartments on South Caraway. The deal was completed Aug. 31.
DLP Jonesboro LLC and BSMJJTWO LLC made the second most significant real estate purchase in the region during the period. The two companies bought multifamily units on Red Wolf Boulevard for $16.35 million. The deal was completed Sept. 8.
In the third largest real estate deal in the region, Julcar Properties LLC bought Skinny J’s in downtown Jonesboro. The deal was for $1.35 million and it was completed Sept. 15.
