Pace finds new space in Fayetteville
Earlier this year, Pace Industries relocated its headquarters from Fayetteville to a Detroit suburb, but the aluminum, zinc and magnesium die casting company will maintain a Fayetteville office.
According to Pace Industries marketing director Sarah Jose, the company’s new office will be inside the Garver office building at 2049 E. Joyce Blvd. The company is expected to move in by the end of 2021.
In June, the company announced it had relocated its headquarters to Novi, Mich., and established a shared services center in Fayetteville. Jose previously said the company would establish a new location for 35 to 40 employees as part of a regional shared services group.
The company’s former headquarters at 481 S. Shiloh Drive in Fayetteville is listed for sale. According to a CBRE website listing, the 22,208-square-foot building on 6.3 acres along Interstate 49 is available for $3.95 million.
Pace Industries, a major supplier to the auto industry, was established in 1970 in Harrison.
