Fayetteville nonprofit CCOA hires new executive director
Fayetteville nonprofit Credit Counseling of Arkansas recently hired Keith Hicks as its new executive director. His first day was Oct. 14.
Hicks is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, served as a lieutenant in the Navy, and has an MBA in finance from California Lutheran University. His areas of expertise include strategic plan development and execution, data analysis, profit and loss management and team leadership.
“My most fulfilling work has been with organizations that strive to help people and to make the world a better place,” Hicks said in a statement. “I am excited and honored every day to be working with this amazing team of caring financial experts that help families find a way to master their debt crisis.
“Life can present unexpected struggles, and sometimes we need to reach out for help. I am proud to be part of a team that is ready to help those families in need.”
CCOA offers free financial literacy education and counseling.
Hicks replaced Alden Napier, who left for another business opportunity.
