Collier & Associates adds 2nd Benton County office

Fayetteville-based real estate firm Collier & Associates is opening an office in Rogers’ new Pinnacle Heights development. The 15-acre mixed-use development is situated at the northwest corner of the Pauline Whitaker Parkway roundabout, south of Hunt Tower.

Founder and principal broker Stuart Collier said strong growth drives the expansion. The firm’s residential sales volume in 2020 was up 126% from the previous year, to $270 million. Through the first five months of 2021, Collier said the firm is nearly on pace to double that total this year.

“I figured if we want to [sell] real estate in this market, we might as well be in Northwest Arkansas’ downtown,” Collier said. He was referring to Rogers’ booming Pinnacle Hills area west of Interstate 49. “It’s such a good area with so much upside.”

Founded in 2009, Collier & Associates now has four offices in Northwest Arkansas: Bentonville, Farmington, Fayetteville and Rogers. Collier signed an initial five-year lease for the Pinnacle Heights office. It has six offices, a large conference room and a reception area. April Davis is the office’s executive broker.

Collier said the company has 141 agents selling real estate, up from 80 one year ago.

“We are an agents’ firm,” he said. “The way we look at it, our agents are our customers. We know that if we arm them and support them with value, they will pass that on to the clients. That is our entire focus, and our firm is a little bit unique in that regard.

“It’s the age-old thing: If you attract the right people and build the right culture, it grows itself. So it’s a special thing to watch.”
