$4 million apartment deal tops recent NEA real estate transactions

The Broadlands LLC made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County, from April 15 through May 15, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office. The company spent $4.1 million to buy apartments on Southwest Drive. The deal was completed April 15.

Lag Investments Jonesboro LLC made the second most significant real estate purchase in the region during the period. The company bought the Kum and Go on Red Wolf Blvd. For $3.5 million. The deal was completed April 28.

In the third largest real estate deal in the region, 2929 South Caraway Jonesboro LLC bought a strip mall on Caraway. The deal was for $2.5 million and it was completed May 7.
