Fayetteville investment advisor opens second office
Fayetteville’s Greenwood Gearhart Inc., one of the largest independent investment advisory firms in the state, has opened a second office.
President and CEO Brock Gearhart said the company opened an office on March 2 at 4100 S. Grand Ave. in Rogers. Grand Avenue is one of the street names in the new Pinnacle Heights development. The 15-acre “new urbanism” community with multifamily, retail and office components is situated at the northwest corner of the Pauline Whitaker Parkway roundabout, south of Hunt Tower in the Pinnacle Hills area west of Interstate 49.
Gearhart said the 1,520-square-foot office is a secondary location to its primary Dickson Street headquarters in downtown Fayetteville. He said the firm opened the office as a convenient place to meet for Benton County clients to save a trip down Interstate 49 to Fayetteville.
The firm’s leadership will be there two days a week, and other employees will work there as needed to accommodate client meetings.
Greenwood Gearhart has 13 employees with more than 500 clients throughout the country. Client-managed assets totaled approximately $513 million, according to the most recent filing with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission.
Pinnacle Heights is a joint venture between Cushman & Wakefield/Sage Partners and Hunt Ventures of Rogers and Urban5 Partners of Oklahoma.
