Car wash, car dealership among top real estate transactions
Soap Wash Funding LLC made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County, from Dec. 15 through Jan. 15, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office. The company spent $1.601 million to buy a car wash on Southwest Drive. The deal was completed Dec. 28.
LongPoint Enterprises LLC. made the second most significant real estate purchase in the region during the period. It bought an office building on Windover for $1.55 million. The deal was completed Dec. 31.
In the third largest real estate deal in the region, Cotrust Carm LLC bought a used car dealership on Red Wolf Boulevard. The deal was for $1.3 million and it was completed Dec. 30.
